1 package Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Spaghetti Style
2 cups meatballs
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 medium onion thinly sliced
1 cup sliced white button mushroom
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook Tinkyada Brown rice pasta Spaghetti Style according to package directions. Rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.
Add oil to a large skillet and saute the meatball until golden brown. Add the chopped garlic and onion and saute over low heat until fragrant. Then pour in the cream and parmesan cheese and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Gently stir in the spinach and then simmer until sauce thickens, add salt and pepper to taste, stir occasionally.
Add the cooked pasta into the sauce and let it cook until well coated with the sauce.
