30 minutes Skillet Lasagna

Best lasagna recipe for any time of the week! Just combine all the ingredients and you will have a delicious skillet lasagna in 30 minutes.


◽️ Half package of Tinkyada Brown Rice Lasagna pasta, Broken into 2-inch pieces

◽️ ½ lb lean ground beef

◽️ 1 tbsp chopped garlic

◽️ 1 small onion, chopped

◽️ ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

◽️ ¼ tsp dried oregano

◽️ ½ can diced tomatoes (around 8 oz)

◽️ ½ can tomato sauce (around 8 oz)

◽️ 1 cup water

◽️ ½ cup ricotta cheese

◽️ ⅓ cup parmesan cheese

◽️ ½ cup mozzarella cheese

◽️ ¼ cup Pesto sauce

◽️ Salt and pepper to taste

◽️ Chopped fresh basil to decorate


  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat, add onion and garlic and let it shimmer until browned. Add red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, for about 1 minute.

  2. Layer the broken lasagna noodle over the meat, pour the tomatoes and water over the pasta. Put on the lid and bring it to a simmer, lower the heat to medium low and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until pasta is cooked. Stir occasionally.

  3. Drop spoonful of ricotta cheese over the noodles.

  4. Drop spoonful of pesto sauce over the noodles.

  5. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese all over the pasta

  6. Cover the skillet with lid and let it sit for 5-8 minutes until the cheese are melted.

  7. Sprinkle chopped fresh basil and serve.

  8. Enjoy!
