Baked Feta Fusilli Pasta

Simple dish with big flavor that’s easily a crowd pleaser.


  • 1 package of Tinkyada Rice Pasta Fusilli

  • 3 cups grape tomato

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • 6 cloves of garlic

  • 14oz block feta cheese, drained

  • ½ cup fresh basil

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • ¼ tsp chili pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tbsp dry parsley


  1. Preheat the oven to 450ºF

  2. Using a large baking dish, add grape tomatoes, ¼ cup olive oil and mix. Place the feta in the center of the baking dish and add the remaining olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper, chili flakes, and dry parsley to top. Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the feta cheese turns golden brown.

  3. While the tomato and cheese are baking, cook fusilli pasta according to package directions, rinse, drain, and set aside.

  4. Remove the baking dish after 20 minutes of baking, smash the tomatoes, garlic, and feta together until it becomes a creamy sauce. Add the fresh basil and fusilli pasta. Mix until combined.
