15 minute Spicy creamy tomato pasta

This 15 minute easy and decadent pasta is a perfect way to wind down the day.


  • 1 package Tinkyada Brown Rice penne pasta

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ can tomato paste

  • 2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to suit your preference)

  • 1 cup cream

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook Tinkyada Brown rice pasta Penne according to package directions. Rinse with cold water, drain, and set aside.

  2. While the pasta is cooking, use a large skillet, cook the onion, garlic, and chili flakes until brown. Add tomato paste, cook until fragrant.

  3. Add cream and butter, let it simmer on low for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Stir in pasta and simmer on medium low heat until well coated with the sauce. Stir in the baby spinach and cook until soft.
