This 15 minute easy and decadent pasta is a perfect way to wind down the day.
1 package Tinkyada Brown Rice penne pasta
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ can tomato paste
2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to suit your preference)
1 cup cream
2 tbsp butter
1 cup baby spinach
Salt and Pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook Tinkyada Brown rice pasta Penne according to package directions. Rinse with cold water, drain, and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, use a large skillet, cook the onion, garlic, and chili flakes until brown. Add tomato paste, cook until fragrant.
Add cream and butter, let it simmer on low for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in pasta and simmer on medium low heat until well coated with the sauce. Stir in the baby spinach and cook until soft.
