Caramel Apple Crumble Noodle Pudding

100% crowd pleaser in any party! Dessert for praises and happy smiles! Yea, Yea!


Noodle Pudding

  • 1 package Tinkyada Brown Rice noodles Spirals

  • ¼ cup Butter

  • 1 package cream cheese, cubed

  • ⅓ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 4 Eggs

Apple Crumble Topping

  • 2 large green apples, cored and cubed to 1 cm dice

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup oats

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • ⅓ cup firmly packed brown sugar

  • 1 cup caramel sauce, for drizzle


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook Tinkyada Brown rice pasta Spirals for 12 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water, and then set aside.

  3. In a medium sauce pan, cook milk, butter, sour cream, cream cheese on low heat. Using a silicone spatula, stir the content occasionally and let it cook for approximately 6-8 minutes or until smooth and no clump remain. Remove from heat and let cool.

  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, cinnamon, eggs, and cream cheese mixture, mix until combined. Gently fold in the cooked pasta and pour the finished mixture into a 9”x13” pan.

  5. In another large mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, oats and mix until well combined. Spoon over noodle mixture.

  6. Bake 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

  7. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.

  8. Drizzle with caramel sauce.

  9. Enjoy!
